The taxi service is useful, and I have used it many times in the past. Despite the wonderful service they offer in Karaganda city, I think that they do not have many cars. Today I waited for 40 minutes in town and despite calling the company to say that I did not have a taxi yet, I was instructed to wait. I had to cancel the order and look for alternative means. This is almost the 10th time I have had to cancel after waiting endlessly and being late. No follow-up calls are made when one cancels.

На заказ такси за назначененную Приложением сумму водители не реагируют, приложение предлагает повысить ценник за поездку чтобы "сделать ваше предложение более привлекательным", повышаешь ценну на умеренную сумму (тг на 300-500) водители все равно не реагируют, будто бы нужно двойную стоимость платить чтобы поехать, поездки дороже чем на Яндексе раза в два

Заказывал такси в аэропорт, ехать 200 км. Приехала в хлам убитая приора с разбитым лобарём, весь бампер скотчем переклеен, всю дорогу трясло из-за кривых колес. Ладно по городу на таком развозить, но на дальняк зачем такую машину пускать???
