Hei, Romania!
Besides teaching our app to speak Romanian, we’ve been gluing patches onto our data pipelines and making other fixes, but mostly throwing the bulk of our brainpower at a late summer project that will set your sixth senses afire.

Almost never accurate. The worst bus lines (tht I've used) are the purple, red, silver and 22. The red and purple are ALMOST NEVER on time and I've waited 45-60 minutes when it's late. I rarely use the silver or 22 but the few times I have they're always like 15-20 minutes off. Just use Google maps because they're more accurate than this. Ps. When it is on time or at least close (like 1-2 minutes off) it likes to change when the bus is gonna come

The app works, except for when it randomly decides to crash halfway through a trip. At inopportune times during a trip I'll get a notification saying that "GO has started," and I open it to see that it's completely cancelled the trip. Great job, guys. Also, it randomly erased my and I had to start over.

Before, it was great...now this app is trash. Charging for train/bus routes and schedules in NYC is really dirty work. If you can't sustain something that should be free, then you should pack it up and let it go because now this is borderline predatory. The longer I've been on this app, the more you put things behind pay walls... a great app made useless. If I could give it no stars, I most certainly would. You literally make it hard to plan ahead on what should be free. Uninstalled!

Worst transit app I've ever used. Keeps getting stuck in route planner mode and doesn't let me access my tickets when I'm trying to board the train. Hard to get back to the home screen. Could not find the option to activate a second ticket for my companion, so she had to buy an extra paper ticket from the machine. Generally poor and counterintuitive design, with lots of flashy graphics that distract from the experience.

This is a 2.5 star rating. The concept is good but it's wildly inaccurate. I don't want to use an app in addition to using the old paper schedule method, but the technical told me I would need to for assurance. What's the point of the app? The things it malfunctions on aren't the scheduled time, the app is for tracking and getting to the bus efficiently so you don't have to deal with the time a paper map takes to outline the trip. It's not trustworthy, do not depend on it.

I love the features of this app. However, in the last three weeks, the timing on the gps locations of the buses and when they will arrive has been off by anywhere from 2 minutes, all the way to 13 minutes. Every single bus, every single time. If someone could please upgrade the gPS location accuracy and the live arrival times, that would be fantastic. As for the past near month, even leaving early, I have been late to a lot of different things going off of the exact times that the app shows me.

There’s apparently a detour for one of the buses that I only found out about as I was tracking and waiting for it. No notice, and no change in the app route! It was too late to try to reach the bus stop it was heading toward, and each one takes an hour to come back around. I only gave it more than one star because the drivers are timely and great. It's the lack of accurate information that lowers the quality of the app experience - not to mention having to wait an hour if I miss one like this.

The amount you have to pay for other lines (and the fact that you do AT ALL) really ticks me off. What turns me off about this app is how it hangs and crashes 85% of the time and I'm *CONSTANTLY* Force Stopping it. I hate NJ Transit's app, but at least it doesn't keep freezing 🤷♀️ If I have to keep clearing Cache and Data, then it's really a piss-poor app. No other app requires clearing Data and Cache multiple times.
