F***ing terrible. Just purchased the device, and does not work. Setuo was fine, but then anytime I went to perform any function the device disconnects from the phone, the lights are on on the device so it's clearly got power. But it will not hold a connection. Have tried resting my phone, the blue tooth, disconnecting, reconnecting. Only thing that works is unplugging and replacing the device but that seem to only last 20 seconds or so. As soon as I go the next screen in the app, it's gone.

Everytime I use the app, I need to reconnect and re the entire file for the specific brand Benz (not due to the update but due to a recent bug). Re around 800MB of data every time I need to use the diag is starting to make me unhappy by the service. It consume lot of my mobile data without reason, and delay the diag due to the time to and unzip. Lot of time loss due to bug.

Sorry, but I'm having the same problem as others, installed on my new Android phone and it no longer works. It doesn't crash the app or the phone as others are claiming but whatever function I try to use, I click on and nothing happens. Absolute nightmare as my only alternative is to book the car into a garage to reset the DPF on my car, which won't regen automatically and is the very reason I bought this. It's been fine for 3 years but now would appear to be completely useless.

Just stopped working again on Pixel 8 Pro with current Android 14. The app did the same thing during the Android 11 update. App just opens to logo and stays frozen on that screen or sometimes crashes, but never loads. This is just frustrating since the newer version of the scan tool (Autel AP2500) doesn't do as much as the AP200, by a long shot, even with the manufacturer module the new tool is garbage. The new app is so much better, but the capability of the tool is a joke in comparison.

Was able to use the app without issue for the last several years but it suddenly stopped working this week. I reached out via email to with no response. Pretty much, the app closes within half a second of launching the app. Cleared cache and data but didn't help. Uninstalled, restarted the phone, reinstalled and still the same issue. This app hasn't had an update since late last year. Pretty pathetic of .

Had the original Bluetooth and app which worked great. Updated the app. Cant even get it to work. First, MUST have wifi. Does me no good on the road with no wifi. The old free app would at least still connect and read codes. Got on home wifi and tried again. Spent forever updating. Auto select vehicle, it gave a list of modules to ? And it scanned again for each one. I was at it for an hour. Never got to reading a code. Useless.

Literally does not work anymore. Won't load past the opening screen. Crashes phone too. Not happy, what's happened?? I paid for access to specific cars along with the cost of the tool so I'm mad as hell.... EDIT: it won't work on my phone because either; 1. It's a Google phone or 2. It's on Android OS 14 (too new) So I have to install it on an old tablet (which negates having a dongle altogether if I have to carry around a screen with me). Sigh.....

its always connecting to the module and eats alot of memory. doesnt save vehicles so you have to fill out the info multiple times. doesnt offer the full range of commands at all. it is better than almost every free app as far as how much info you get. the interface is clunky and there is no dark mode. also doesn't clear all the codes all the time. some stay in history. (currently faulting codes dont clear obviously). could much more operator friendly
