Overall it is a easy to use app. The search function within the app isn't that great. Just use Google to search for what you are looking for at Advance and then click on the link to switch to the app and buy from there is the way I get around the search functionality issue. The speed perks function is nice, but I do wish they had an allowance for the military discount online like they do if you go in-store.

Something changed to make the loading of the app even slower. It shows the logo splash screen for like 20 seconds before you can even get into the app. So I just bail and don't use it anymore. I don't have the patience for a slow clunky app. The categories to find parts are duplicated many times. It's a lot messier and harder to find stuff compared to the website. The app is very slow to load and move through the checkout process too.

App takes forever to open either from clicking on the app directly or from a Google search and clicking on the part. I can't stand using Advance Auto Parts due to that. Follow up to reply. It's happened on all phones I've had over the last few years, phone service is not the issue weather wifi or network. It happens all the time and none of my other apps have the issue. My friends have the same slow opening on their phones also.

The concept and Idea is great, but the app is not optimized at all. The response time on almost anything that you do including adding stuff to your car and checking out individual items is super slow. adding an item to my shopping cart can take up to 10 seconds before it finally refreshes and s properly.

Great app. The Save (Items) for Later option is nice. Keep all the stuff you need or use on the reg (filters etc...) so part #s are ready to go. You can save all the cars in your household and the Advance app will tell you if a part fits that car or not. Very friendly.

Used to love this app now. Every time I open it it says this is frustrating and they're working hard to get it back up and running and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to be able to get into it every time I'm response to the answer I am actually not on an old console I am on a Google Pixel 9 pro. I still have to uninstall and reinstall every time.

That app works great and is easy to find what your looking for and they offer good deals, but same day shipping is not tracked or reliable at least from my store which is very stressful because I needed an emergency fix on my jeep and could not go to get parts so when I paid for same day delivery it and took multiple days to receive that was a stressful issue.

cheaper then other auto parts stores, search function needs work was searching for a brake switch stopper I couldn't find a part number for vehicle specific so I had to go on Google and get the universal part number from Dorman and just to be clear this part is not vehicle Pacific and says does not fit but I'll make it fit, it was just difficult bring it up a brake switch stopper even without vehicle search.
