Used to be able to pay early without any issues with the autopay feature. Idiots charged me twice and now I'm getting hit with overdraft fees waiting for my refund. I was excited to get my car and asked for it to be transferred from Dothan to Tallahassee. That was on the 31st of Oct. I still have no car. I have spent the week getting the run around about it being shipped, and today, it FINALLY shipped. NOW it's in transit, and almost 10 hours later, it's still in transit, and I have no idea if I will FINALLY get it tomorrow. Worst experience trying to get my car ever.

I had a car on hold at carmax gilbert. I spoke with Hunter, and he said it would be held. I have the e-mails confirming. I went down to purchase the car and was told it was not held and transferred to a different store. I spoke with a sales manager who said they tried to me. Even though they have my correct phone number, they called my old phone number. The interesting thing is that each time they looked up my information. Please don't shop at carmax gilbert.

App used to work great, I'm in the market for a new (to me) car and went to look at listings. Now, every single car I try to look at I just get a (technical error) pop up. The entire app is broken at this time. Please fix this.

App is pretty much straightforward easy to navigate....but on the side, it would be awesome to have a "pay towards principal" option as well, not just your regular payment. I believe theirs more people that would love that option.

I found the website provides more data. After watching 2 cars that showed unavailable I called. I was told they were reserved. I proceeded to tell my wife and she said she already knew. When I asked how she told me the website shows it. Sure enough I have the app and get no update on vehicle status. She uses the website and it shows reserved. I wonder how many cars I have removed from favorites that were never purchased only reserved.

Can't filter by #of seats!? When you do filter, you can't exclude a single criteria (like de-select a make). Instead you have to select aaaaall the other makes. There's more wrong with the filter, but just use their site. The app stinks.

I can sort and filter vehicles fine but when I click on a particular vehicle, I get an error. Over and over again... super frustrating and ultimately makes the app useless.
