Not fit for purpose.. optimize gives bizarre results that even a non Disney visitor can see are vastly incorrect. Doesn't seem to have the ability to keep up with the changes in park apps and fast changes to adjust its results. Seems to have little understanding how Early Entry works and affects footfall. Terrible GUI making everything clunky to use.

This app has been extremely helpful and I would (and have) definitely recommend it. However 1)The app does not handle virtual queues well. We had a very early boarding group (17) but the app always estimates a very late return time (5:16pm) 2)A significant number of lesser rides/shows can only be selected/added via the website, not in the app. 3)Some rides/shows have late start times or early close times that the algorithm does not for 4)Some shows can only be selected during park hrs

Excellent app, when it works. I've been using the app for years and it's always helped us out. It just recently stopped working on my Pixel 3 phone. It was working but now crashes immediately after starting app. I hope it gets fixed soon as my trip to WDW is approaching soon. Update: it still doesn't work after latest Android update 10. Made my trip less awesome for sure.

the first time we used this app, it worked super well at Disney, not so well at universal. the times were mostly inaccurate at universal. this time, we've had trouble with the app losing our place, ie, always taking us back to the home screen when the phone goes to sleep, so we've been having to navigate back to our touring plan constantly. also, the animal kingdom opens some rides earlier than the posted park opening time. Touring plans didn't take that into at all.

Overall this has been a very helpful app. Overall it has been fairly accurate. I like that I can get to my plan and that I can check off what I've already done. I also like that it can be crowdsourced by timing people's actual time in line to help keep things updated and accurate. I do wish that you were able to get more information about each ride or activity, such as where it's located and if it's a show, the other times that the show is occurring.

This app is amazing and an absolute MUST for a Disney World trip. Even with the newer Genie+ experience, this app saves time and aggravation and is essential for decreasing stress and maximizing your time and experience in the WDW parks. This rating represents a 5+ for information and value (cannot recommend it enough!) but I rated 4 stars because the interface would benefit from some UX improvements, and can be a little clunky if you aren't used to it. Again GREAT for functionality+

This application hasn't been updated in over a year. In addition the interface is probably about four or five years old, or more. It is clunky and inefficient. At a price for hip, I don't believe it's worth it. The Disney app has similar information the downside there is you have to deal with all the shopping they hit you with. That said I'm not paying the price these folks want for an application that is sorely outdated with respect to its usability.

I have used this app many times and it has been amazing. Most of the reviews below 4 stars are people that just want wait times. If you just want wait times use the Disney app, if you want to maximize your trip use this apps. We went with 8 people last summer (very busy) and were in the parks for 4 days. I ended up putting in all the rides everyone wanted, the fast es that were pre-booked, restaurants breaks and even a 3 hour siesta back at hotel each day. As relaxing a trip as you can here
