Worst experience ever!! If you book with Agoda the airlines won't speak to you when things go wrong because you booked with a "3rd party". You can't check in online or on the airline app, you have to go to an agent. My flights were all changed from what I booked giving me 13+hour, overnight layovers!! I would NEVER have booked the times I ended up being forced to take. When I tried getting help from Agoda they said I accepted the changes. I wasn't given a choice! Horrible service!!!

Scam alert! They book rooms that can't be used, offer to refund then don't actually follow through, then offer a small percentage of the cost as a credit on their app like that makes up for the unusable room. Also, quite a few of their bookings cost more through the app than booking directly with the hotel, even though they show bookings as a discounted rate.

Worst app of all times. I chose 2 adults and 2 children and when I completed the booking it chose only one adult. I went to the hotel and they say they can do nothing about it. I checked with agoda. They already withdraw the money although the hotel said they did not get the payment. And there is no way to modify the reservation, add more guests or cancel the reservation. This just straight scam. I had to make new reservation on the hotel so I had to pay twice for the same room.

I can’t stress this enough – DON’T USE AGODA. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, and if anything goes wrong with your booking, forget about getting a refund. I had a flight booking, and even though the airline refunded my money, Agoda STILL kept it! They do not care about their customers and will make you jump through endless hoops with no resolution. I REALLY DO NOT recommend Agoda to anyone. They’ll waste your time, stress you out, and then just keep your money.

I have a service dog, I even put that when i book hotels. I've used this company 4 x and each time I've had a problem checking in at the places I have booked at the last straw was when I had booked a place I have previously stayed at and had no issues. But I even put 8n there I'd be there with my service dog, long story short found out agoda isn't the booking party and they go through someone else and trying to get a refund is darn near a terrifying experience. I'm done using agoda.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I immediately realised I booked wrongly and backed when the credit card processing. It went through. I immediately called customer service to help me cancel since the flight was processing. They took so long that the flight is confirmed and nothing could be done. They also do not require authorisation from my credit card.

WARNING ⚠️ TO ALL. This app FEELS LIKE A SCAMMER!! I made a booking with free cancellation and the refunded amount is VERY DIFFERENT from the charged amount. Upon they blamed the bank. CS just kept repeating it was refunded but does not address anything. Personally felt VERY CHEATED!!

Joke of a price match guarantee. It's just a scam. Will make you waste your time, and even when you finally get all they need, they'll say they cannot match the other price if it includes any kind of promotion. Well ofc it would include a promotion. I was a long time customer, that was the very last time I use Agoda. Horrendous experience, deceiving tactics (check online everyone agrees).
