I wish I could review the contents of the app, but I can't get past the loading screen. I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, clearing cache/storage, on wifi, on cell network, phone is up to date with patches. Not really sure what more there is to try.

Most of the app design is nice and intuitive, but it is so incredibly buggy and poor performing. I don't leave reviews very often, but this app has infuriated me for the few days I have needed to use it for a stay at an all inclusive. I'm frustrated that I'm dependent on it, because half of the things is pretends to do just simply don't appear or work properly. Perhaps this is specific problems with my particular resort? Vivid Grand in Cancun.

I've heard this is a great app. Almost required when staying at a Hyatt Inclusive Resort. We are staying at Dreams Vallarta Bay next week, so this sounds perfect. Unfortunately, when I open the app all I get is a page saying Hyatt Inclusive Collection. No , no entry fields, no buttons, just a page with a couple images. Tried to remove and reinstall, no effect. Tried rebooting phone, no effect.

App is ONLY a "view" app to get a sense of the restaurants etc on the resort property. I was unable to book a reservation as expected for my resort restaurant option. I thought maybe it was that the restaurant was closed during those hours but once the restaurant was open completely the app still never was capable for making a restaurant for ANY day regardless. It didn't allow a reservation OR order any good damn room service. I had to call via the room phone for room service. App no luck.

It's missing features (like room service from the app), has multiple errors per day (venue locations or poor translations), constantly asks in a pop up window how easy it was to make a reservation, the map doesn't always show the most relevant info (missing building numbers and room numbers or maybe a "home" so it only shows you yours if privacy is a concern") and was overall inconvenient to use. I loved the lists of "what's going on tonight" and menus, but not enough to make it a positive :(

As an app it's pretty good but as a virtual room key there is definitely room for improvement. It failed to work once for my wife and twice for me. Clearing cache, re-ing, reinstalling all failed and each time we had to return to the front desk to resolve. Regardless, all of the staff at the Secrets Playa Mujeres Resort are amazing, friendly and professional even when the guests may not always be.

I booked a trip for my bday through them. My reservation was at the Breathless Resort in Cancun & it was paid in full months in advance.. Upon my arrival, the resort says they don't have my money and wanted me to give them $4k more dollars! Of course it was late & everyone was gone. So I had to give them $800 for one night & then spent hours the next morning on the phone MYSELF trying to find someone to fix this error.. it was ultimately figured out but I'd never use them again. Horrible

This app needs a lot of work. Maps need to be able to be zoomed in more. Hard to navigate between restaurants when they are close together. Needs to be more functional with reservations and ordering room service.
