It takes longer to go through a Clear kiosk than the regular security line. It doesn't serve the purpose of streamlining and swift security check in. It always needs to update the system EVERYTIME me and my family go through it. The people at the kiosk makes everything slower. TSA pre / Global Entry has a faster and more efficient system than Clear. Unless they upgrade and improve their system, I will not renew my hip anymore. It's a Clear waste of money.

I love anything that streamlines travel through the airport and keeps everyone smilling! I have a disability and standing in long lines aggravates it. I loved it when I walked into the Atlanta airport a couple of years ago when they were just rolling out or testing some security measure and I was greeted by my name and wished a happy trip to... And mentioned the name of the place I was going. The facial detection is terrific!

I gave this company 5☆ in 2021, but it's a complete joke now. They've really lost their way. Even worse than when I downgraded to 1☆ earlier this year. Today, the Clear employee insisted that I use pre-check lane rather than clear because it was shorter even though I told her I didn't want to dig my wallet out of the bag. Extra annoying because my clear renewed this week so I'm really not sure what I paid for??? Absolutely will not pay to renew and have asked for a refund.

The app is very simple and straightforward. As for the CLEAR service itself - every time I use it I'm amazed at how quickly I get swept through security. I love this service.

"Oops, something went wrong" went trying to add driver's license. "No flights found" when trying to add flights. (Hardly obscure airports, e.g., ORD-LHR, etc. 14 June 24 Edit: still having the same issue. 19 June 2024 Edit: uninstalled & reinstalled app; now I can't even . Repeated error message "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later."

Wow! If this app represents the Clear experience, I may ask for my money back. Adding a flight results in "Oops, something went wrong, try again later". Yes something did go wrong, quite possibly the thing that went wrong was me g up for this service. This app doesn't do much, so I would expect all of the functionality to be perfect. Sadly it's not. Well, based on the Dev's reply, there's more issues. I added a flight for August, it's July 9th today. That's a little more than 12 hours.

Hate to waste a ⭐on this useless app.I'm trying to identity for LinkedIn 4 a new job. However, it tells you to center your face but when I tell you it's not even a 1/2of a sec. it gives u, then says,we are unable to your identity! I AM ME ! I'VE ALWAYS BEEN ME! AND YOU WON'T MY LINKEDIN WHICH DECREASES THE CHANCES OF A JOB FOR ME !! DO NOT THIS APP!! IT IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! cust serv simply said "sorry, nothing we can do!" that's literally there exact words! JOKE!

Not worth it at ALLLLLLL. I even recvd a great discount and will NEVER EVER EVER get this again. Get precheck instead. I'm going to get prechk and cxl this. If they won't refund I'll file a charge back!! It's so slow, the agents are lazy and BEYOND RUDE, i.travel 5x a week for work. I have to do it myself 4/5 times and today was the last straw. I almost missed my flight. The only flight available!!! This definitely won't help you with power tripping racist TSA agents. Just get pre-check!!!
