When it works properly, it is amazing and convenient. Being able to check in without front desk visits and have a key on your phone when you walk through the doors is excellent. However, that isn't the case always. About half the time, you will receive an error. I'm not sure if it's the app or a ball drop elsewhere, but it isn't something that has improved over the past few years, iny experience.

Frustrated. The app used to work okay, but at some point recently, it won't let me complete a check in unless I ask for a digital key. I find the digital keys to be cumbersome and slow. I prefer to go to the front desk and get key cards. The app says I'm checked in, but when I get to the front desk, they say I didn't complete the check in

Completely absurd app. You are offered a virtual check-in up to 36 hours before arrival but you have to stop by the front desk for them to check your ID. Why would you assign space in your phone of there is no real benefit? The digital key? You can get a normal key card when you stop by to show your ID. It amazes me how someone gets paid to approve something like this.

I've been using this app and staying exclusively at Hilton Hotels for years now. I travel a lot for work, so I build points easily. I've had some wonderful stays by using just my points to purchase the stay. With a variety of Hilton chains to choose from, I think they cater to all walks of life. Affordable family-friendly options, or elegant romantic getaways. They have what you need.

I cannot sign in. Definitely not liking whatever this is supposed to be. Constant error messages and other issues. Would not recommend as it feels impossible to even sign in. I ed customer and he told me to try another browser which means it doesn't work I did manage to eventually get it working but only through clicking random links and such. I have no idea what I did to fix the issue and I'm sure I'll have the same issue in the future

There have been noticeable improvements in navigating the app's features, which is great to see. However, I've encountered some inconsistencies with certain functions depending on the hotel I stay at. Additionally, the digital key feature can often be cumbersome to use. Overall, while the app has made strides, there’s room for further enhancement.

Pretty good app and easy to navigate through for the most part. My only hang up is when you use money and points. When you use the filter to get discount you have to pay full price for the room, so say you have enough points for one free night stay and you staying for 2 nights the discount rate is $125, but if you use the points and money option. You get the free night with the points but the remaining night will be at full price $160. In my opinion, the remaining night should still be at $125.

Not much value added by this app. The one thing that would be nice, the digital key, doesn't work at all on the Pixel 9. Yes, I checked all the things that there are to check, restarted the phone, cleared cache, blah blah blah, the whole song and dance. None of that can make an app that doesn't work actually work somehow. Fix your stupid app, and try testing it with some actual phones some time, Hilton.
