To be honest, ever since I came back to playing this game, I have already experienced many bugs like for examples, there are some heroes where I can't even use their ultimates and I have been researching for any solution of this but I just can't find one. Overall, there are still many good events that still entertain me, so that's basically why I rate it a 3 star.

They closed forums so no way to see community or get notified about issues. The game currently won't connect to the server. Everytime I reload it shows me quests or bonuses I've collected, to do again. 2 days of missing rewards, plus I could be booted from my guild for no activity. Another great bit of customer service, you can't report issues if you can't connect to the app! Deleted the cache and data, uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing works.

Game is continuously crashing. Frequently getting messages that my game is out of sync with servers. Game is current on updates. Phone software is current on updates. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Cache is cleared. Phone system restarted multiple times. Very fun and addictive game. I've played it for years. Not sure what the issue is now.

10/31/24 Been extremely glitchy. Hard to play. Also they changed the setup in the "stores" and I accidentally purchased something with the diamonds I had been saving up. I immediately ed them. They told me they would not refund it because I used what I purchased on a character. I had not. I still had the object in my "backpack." Samm (the person who talked to me" was extremely rude and lied about several things. is a joke. Wish I hadn't wasted all this time on the game.

Perblue has made a fun game, but... lately it has not worked much. Also, beware of the perpetually added character levels and badges and modes. At first, they seem to add to the game play, but quickly serve the grind-to-accomplish-anything approach employed by this game to further hook you. Once hooked, even grinding won't let you play competitively or to the fullest without spending a lot of money. Despite this, it is a fun game that introduces many Disney toons at various intervals of play.

Got an update for the game and now I don't know what characters need to get upgraded. Should of kept the game as it was since that was the only change 👎 even went to customer service and that wasn't any help

Warning: This game is addictive, but in a good way. It's fun to play, learn, strategize, learn. A lot more fun than some brain learning games. Wouldn't it be cool to turn it into a paying game. May not be possible. Most guilds are very helpful, you meet new friends. The beginning could use some work. It takes patience to level up each new hero as it comes through. But it really teaches you strategy and patience at all levels of the game. Drives me crazy sometimes, but I'm always back.

A-MAZ-ING but sometimes while in the middle of a battle it just kicks me out or its just stuck and automatically makes me lose when it works it makes doing quests or collecting chip from campaigns so much longer please fix this. But other than that excellent!
