Overall, the app is not too bad. Easy to use and navigate! And makes it simple to create a donation, and reschedule or cancel if needed. Very helpful! Only issue, as it's a big one, is when I go into redeem my points for cash to my debit card, it won't allow me to increase or decrease the amount of points I'd like to use. The + and - symbols are there to do so, but they do not work! Can't change the amount of points I want to use! Please fix!

I wish they would go back to listing all of your future appointments for that month in one place, instead of scrolling through each appointment to the next one. Also, they list every payment as "Today's donation", starting with the oldest payment you received. So you don't have any relevant information that easy to see without scrolling through everything. It's bizarre and so unhelpful! Making an appointment is easy, but everything else is weird.

The app worked fantastic until 2 weeks ago. At that point I could no longer edit and schedule donations. I can pick a day and time, click [schedule appointment] but when I get to the [confirm appointment] this button is greyed out rendering the entire process a waste of time. I'm happy to schedule appointments at the front desk but they always seem extremely busy and it all feels so unnecessary 😕. The rest of the functionality is there but scheduling is a paramount feature that needs to work!

Please make separate channels for notifications. I do not need the app to notify & email me that I've made/modified an appointment when I'm in the app making/modifying an appointment. Please also revert the webpage — if I click "show all appointments", I want to see ALL of my appointments, not have to click thru with a mouse to view them one at a time. The app has been good for a while & continues to improve, but this last update has been a big step backward.

The app worked okay until a week or so ago, now I can't confirm the details of any appointment I try to make. Besides that, the app is a bit slow but otherwise usable and easy enough to navigate. There should honestly be an option to stay signed in as well. Edit: Another week and I still can't confirm appointments through the app. Works fine on my mobile browser so I'm thinking of uninstalling this app.

I had an appointment scheduled for today. I forgot the exact time so I logged on to the BioLife services app to check the time and the date for my appointment. Every single time since my first donation that I attempted to use the app to either schedule appointment, or for anything, the app has failed to respond causing me to have to reschedule every single time! Which in turn has caused me to miss out on all and any types of rewards that come with being prompt,consistent, and on time. This morni

It is worse than I thought: down graded to 1 star. The old version of this application was very good. This version has many issues, glitchy, slow hard to read. Very disappointing. Every generation of this application gets worse than the last. It's amazing how they were able to make it even more terrible. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

For the most part this app is okay, but this version of the app kinda sucks when it comes to scrolling through the dates to make an appointment. You try to scroll to the side and sometimes the dates scroll, and other times you pull up the menu from the right. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why one happens versus the other. You all should fix that. The old version did not have this problem.
