MyChart is probably the most organized, aesthetically pleasing, friendly app I've ever used. The only issue I have is that in the messaging part, when you are sending a message to one of your physicians, you are only allowed to attach 3 photos per message. This is incredibly frustrating when it's important to have multiple photos from all angles, zoomed in and out, etc., and you have to send 6 different messages to send them all. Other than that one specific thing, I HIGHLY recommend this.

This app has been an absolute lifesaver multiple times. My daughter is special needs and so there have been times where I need to get a hold of one of her many specialists, and this app has made it very possible. It's easy to use the format is very -friendly. And has made access to her medical team whenever she is at home or even inpatient just unbelievably simple. I've come to rely more on this than calling into their offices. Not that that's unreliable MyChart just makes it easy. Amazing!

I have to be honest, I'm not great with technology. My doctor's had told me about my chart for years and I always brushed it off. I prefer old fashioned phone calls to hear a human voice. But once I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I had a lot more questions, I needed more help. MyChart is amazing at organizing my meds, refills, appointments, etc. I get everything I need in one spot. Seeing my test results helps me ask informed questions. Refills are a snap.

Love it. So easy to use. Perfect for non emergent communication with my care teams. Both organizations i am cared for at are on here so easy to see all appts, all results, even see things i need to do or not do before a procedure. Just all around a great and beneficial app, especially for someone with alot of medical care and numerous team .

If you are young and very tech savvy, this is probably great. Unfortunately I don't see well and have a slight tremor, and my doctor's office relies on this app for communication. With my vision and tremor, this app is frustrating with all the steps I had to go through to try and get it set up, and then to parse through to find my doctor's instructions was beyond frustrating. I despise it.

I like having access to MyChart and accessing test results, messaging between pt & caregiver, etc. However, I've encountered repeated obstacles with e-check-in prior to appointments after updating information and answering multiple questions, with messages "Check-back later. Something went wrong." It’s time wasted! Very frustrating!

This used to be very useful & easy. But I haven't been able to access it in months. It constantly says "there was a problem logging in with your name or ." However I can go online & sign on just fine using the same . I've tried changing my , making sure permissions are all selected, but nothing works. It doesn't seem to matter which I'm trying to sign in to. No point having the app if I can't use it.

It's very convenient to go to one platform for most of my healthcare providers. I'm able to view everything in each provider's portal, which makes it easier to find where to find the same item on the other provider's portal. I have had to communicate with and they were helpful. Of course, as I said before, if it applies to one, it applies to others. I do have providers that use other platforms but they are not as -friendly as MyChart is.
