The more I use this app the less I like it. Trying to set a reminder to re-insert trays closes the app. Move the Confirm button, you have it centered on the phone's Home key. If I do manage to start the "time out" timer, I don't need or want an audible notification that it is running. Requiring a PIN to start/stop a simple timer is ridiculous. There is no need to secure that information. The phone itself is already secured and the accumulated time is of no use or interest to anyone else.

This app is so frustrating to use! I've been putting up with it for 25 weeks. It has always had trouble "detecting back teeth" and this always happens when the app asks you to face away from the camera. Even with a well lit room, it still takes up to 30 minutes to take 9 pictures due to all the retries!

Not only does it require you to input a pin or use biometrics every time you open the app, it now randomly logs you out and messes with your time logs. Taking care photos is a chore, and the detection never seems to work properly. Terrible app. Update: Care photos somehow got worse. Now you can't even force it to take the picture without detection on. Meanwhile, I'm pulling so hard on the cheek retractors, trying to "show my back teeth" that the plastic on my retractors broke. Less than 0 stars.

Mike Shewchuk 2023-10-24 is right He stated the following: This is hands down the best app for people who love having apps on their phone that do nothing at all. It's made having invisiline exactly the same as having invisiline. Wow! Thank God it has a calendar too, because we all know phones don't already come with those. In all seriousness though it has 1 use, tracking your tray change date, and it can't even adjust that properly. So yeah it's useless. Don't waste your phone space...

Can't get past the setup page where you tap for starting timer for when aligners are off. Freezes there and can't move anywhere on the app Edit: so invisalign sent me to customer service to help fix problem. So I did that on Saturday I left my info and problem. It's Thursday and haven't heard a word from them. Plus don't see my review on the app anymore. Seems this app doesn't work for anyone

The automatic picture taking function is so bad that it rejected my photos with the cheek retractors on. Juuust to experiment I tried without using it, literally looked at the camera and smiled and it actually took the picture. I have no idea what the parameters of the ai is. Some days it works quickly and some days I cannot for the life of me get it to take a picture. Meanwhile the cheek retractors hurt and I'm doing what seems to be the same thing over and over.

The app glitches when preparing to take my tracking photos. I haven't been able to take my tracking photos for weeks. This is extremely unprofessional, and invisalign needs to make some significant changes due to the constant low reviews for their app.

This app is buggy and unreliable. Reminder feature doesnt work consistently on my android. Also the wear timer has reset to 0 in the middle of the day on multiple occassions. is unresponsive.
