The app is okay when it works, and I like how easy it is to make and change appointments. However, it frequently gets stuck in a refresh loop on the welcome screen and you cannot navigate away from it. When that happens, you have to use the website, which has its own set of issues. I hate that when it offers to let you fill out your questionnaire, that's actually an entirely different app. I shouldn't need two apps or to use the website.

Constantly have to go back and change the time before confirming the appointment, now I can't even set an appointment because the app crashes before I can . And now I'm constantly being told to give the app access to my location. You do not need my location and you are not getting it, stop telling me you need it. Edit: now the app is wigging out and wo t even load, zero stars.

App now just glitches out with a white screen covering most of the page and continuously refreshes over and over again. Has been doing this for over a week now and I can't to set appointments. There's literally ALWAYS something wrong with this app but this has made it unusable. The money y'all make off people yet you can't afford to keep up a simple app like this without having some problem every other week?

Frequently having to uninstall and re, app gets put into a loading loop after not using it for a few days (loading...flashes mobile app briefly then loading... flash again-loading... for eternity). Website just redirects me to the app, which starts the whole process over again. Completely inconvenient when I'm trying to make it to my appointment, wanting to fill out the express kiosk.

Feels like once they fix one problem another takes its place. When using the fingerprint unlock feature the app gets stuck glitching out, constantly refreshing the page and becomes totally unusable, even restarting my phone doesnt fix it which effectively bricks the app. We need an alternative to this godforsaken piece of junk.

This app was working perfectly fine for as long as I can , until I tried to use it again, today. First off it started gltiching back and from screen to home screen after in. Cleared cache and storage, logged back in, all good. I schedule an appointment and then realize the Express Kiosk button is gone. What's the point in scheduling the appointment if you can't even do the express kiosk questions before you get to the center? That was the whole purpose of this app was to save time.

Update - dropping to 1 star. The app no longer works at all, and it's clearly not a me problem based on other reviews. App does not work well. When it works, it's fine, but to use it, I have to uninstall and reinstall to get a single use out of it. After I use it once, the next time I sign in, it flashes rapidly between the home page and a loading screen, and clearing the cache, restarting the app, or even restarting the phone can't fix it. It becomes unusable until the next reinstall.

The in-house service is phenomenal! But my issues are with their visa card. It's literally a scam for weeks I have a balance but it declined when I swipe for groceries.. it declined when I approved ATM. And when the transactions don't go through.. it charges me 1$ every time! But lol it says I have insufficient funds.. but they still get their dollar off me every time. It was an ok way to make side hustle money but just not worth it anymore.
