Update 12/5/24 This app is still trash. Whatever the June update was broke the app. I still cannot use biometrics to and I still cannot documents for FSA Using Samsung s21. Biometric log-in still missing. Also, I used to be able to attachments for my flexible spending reimbursements, but now the button in the app just doesn't work. I tried fixing my permissions and clearing cache on my gallery, and reinstalled the horizon app and allowed permissions but still no fix.

Okay for looking up insurance, but telehealth is limited to app-only (even though the browser website connects just fine on a desktop...as long as you have a webcam and mic). Then when you try to use the app for telehealth, it refuses to work with middling-to-older phones! What do you do if you're a poor or elderly patient? Or have limited mobility? Or even if it's just the weekend? New phones don't grow on trees.

Honestly completely useless app, the constant g in verification on the same device, the useless alerts that send you to another page, the telemedicine that directs you to another page to add payment information, only to tell you that you can't to enter the information because your logged into another page. Whoever designed this app has never used it. Don't waist your effort ing it.

Update: I really think the dysfunction of this app and website is intentional at this point. Constant barriers, some are likely in part to hyper vigilant security. At this point, I'd consent for everyone to have access to my medical history if it made their app and website functional half the time. Regularly not usable. Almost always logs you out, requires now creation, and concludes with "we are experiencing technical difficulties"

App is impossible to use, can't at all, and poorly programmed. It rejects the date because you don't have the slashes automatically loaded into the field, and anytime you switch to another screen, such as to get the required code in text message to log on, it refreshes the screen, starting the process over again. It's the Groundhog Day of apps.

Sounds like from all the other reviews this company can't figure out how to avoid "glitches" as they call them in their replies. As a few other people have said (months ago I might add) I updated the app, attempted to , and nothing happens. If I use the wrong , it tells me so. The right just leaves me on the screen, nothing happens. The mobile website is sometimes difficult to use. People rely on this app. This shouldn't happen every time there's an update.

The app is so bad and uncomfortable. Sometimes it glitches and I see blank pages, then I have to restart and enter a code again. It's so annoying. The plan itself is awful, most doctors in the list are unavailable for various reasons, almost impossible to get medical care.

The app has been problematic for over a year now. Last year I could at least use the telemedicine feature but it would hang up mid use. Today I tried to use it again and now the app won't load anything, so I have the ability to use their telemedicine but can't use it. Still not working at all, on my OnePlus 12r or the wife's S24+ it just gives a technical error.
