Unable to see and invoices even after uninstalling and again installing the App. Kindly fix these issues for once and for all. What's benefit of App if we can't quickly see invoices.

I would like to give 0 stars but that's not possible. 1. 1st I was waiting online for the doctor for an hour, the doctor did not , they just kept sending the message that the doctor is waiting for me while I'm still connected with them. 2.Next time im told to cancel my appointment because there is an emergency. 3. Third time they debit money from my , sent me an email that they will soon book my appointment and send me an invoice and then just take the money n not book the appointment

The app always fails to book appointment. It used to work earlier post updates it is not working as expected. This needs to be corrected otherwise it will add overhead for appointment booking systems

Pathetic app and the hospital. Booked video consultation twice for which I paid too but none of the doctors turned up . Also, there was no update from the hospital. Called 4-5 times to the centralized calling number but they are also totally useless. They did not do anything.

Never choose this app, you will endup loosing your money and there is no assistance regarding your query. I would like to suggest you rather go for offline use or choose another hospital. This is a complete mesh. I have booked an lab test appointment. While I went there, they told here this test is not happening. I told I already paid so they said. It's really worst even after multiple complaints still not refunded. Going to file a case on consumer court.

Unable to . It is asking to enter phone number or email ID or Patient ID for OTP. But even after entering the details, OTP is not being received and I am unable to book an appointment. Kindly assist.

Not able to see prescriptions . It's showing as technical error. appointment shifting according to the patient. which not acceptable in any corner. I have told 2 years back and still continues .
