Although the app has medical as they were supposed to only use the information collected from the patient to be used for their own personal use, but I see that your business is able to send this info to third parties so they can give you a call. Not for me!!

Closes as soon as you input pin. I have tried clearing cache, force closing app, and restarting my device.

Notifications are iffy. Also, can't see when the last data was sent. No clear receipt of report. I'd love to see a log or at least acknowledgement that the day's report was sent. Like a calendar with a highlight or anything. I just had a notification to complete my report but I already had. I'm supposing it didn't sync. Seeing a transaction history would be helpful.

It worked OK for a while, now it won't open. I tried force stop, cleared cache, cleared data...no dice. Another annoying feature (or lack thereof) is that it doesn't have any history at all. If you don't answer Q's on the day of survey, it's just gone. Why the heck can't you give results for yesterday or any other days, in the event that you didn't check for data requested every day? This probably helped F \/ € |《up the data more than collect it.

Doesn't appear to work. I'm part of a covid vaccine trial, and am expected to complete a daily diary, but nowhere am I able to find or access the diary. However, after 2 screens, I am provided with a submit button, but submit what? I'm also told I can't change the data once dumbitted, but what data as I haven't completed anything. I've reinstalled the app, with the same result. This is meant to be really, really important, but it doesn't even look like anyone is checking the .

I'm part of a Covid vaccine trial and I'm required to use this app as part of my trial participation. The app consistently gets stuck at the screen. It allows me to reset my , and it recognises my memorable word, but every time I input a it gets stuck on a "loading" screen. It hasn't been possible to input any data into the app. I'm disappointed to discover that so many s have had an identical experience. This app is not fit for purpose. It's damaging the trial data.
