UPDATE: Now picture in picture capability is gone on my Android phone for this app. You now have to keep the app full screen to watch your camera's. That is awful. You know it's not good when you attempt to the developer listed for this app via his email shown on this page, and your email bounces back saying the email address is not found.

Installed yesterday very good so far, clear images on the camera, connected to the app easily. However, there is still a charge for cloud storage even though when buying this through amazon states, there is no charge for cloud storage. Entry level of 6 seconds is given but not sure this would assist in apprenhending someone committing a crime

Since the last update, I think, they're head been a problem playing back videos. The videos recorded are listed but trying to play them back fails. The screen shows an increasing percentage indicator but it does not play - either just stopping or jumping back to the date screen. To make it play, one first needs to press "" which instantly says done, then repeat the play process.

Great App! You might consider letting your s have more than one device at the same location without having to sign off one device and sign on to the other. Also, CloudEdge features don't work with Amazon Echo Show very well. There's really no way to use Echo Show as a monitor and review your alerts. This is, more than likely, Amazon's fault as Show keeps reverting back to its screen and advertising Thanks! Spectacular job on your part!

A good door bell, Would be nice to have the message option to a file for events etc and more than 5 seconds. And have the message sound when the bell is pressed instead of having a notification on my phone and having to select the message makes it pointless. Excellent app, I have been using cloudEdge for over a year with a compatible external camera. The app has worked very well and is easy to use. Very -friendly. The available features of the app are great. I cannot fault this app as I have not had any issues to date.

The CloudEdge app works well and is easy to navigate and set-up. Finding and changing settings is intuitive and there is a lot features that are included at no cost. I like that there is no ads when using the app.

I'm a camera operator for a living and I was pretty skeptical about this when I bought the cam but boy am I surprised!! The app is easy to use. The PTZ works via controls or touch which is wonderful. Zoom isn't great but I have this cam over a quarter mile from the house up at my barn with a signal booster in between and I can operate with no issues. Love the features. Mic. Alarm. Light. Siren. As a professional cam operator I highly recommend this for anyone who needs eyes 👀
