Since the update, if I try to find in-network care, when I click on location, the keyboard never actually pops up for me to fill the information in. I can only assume it's some kind of glitch. As I've tried different times of day and after restarting my phone. You'd think a multi- BILLION dollar industry could hire proper programme's.

This app is totally worthless. The search features are extremely inaccurate. I searched for Peace Health within 25 miles from my home (Oregon) & the results I got were in South Carolina. The medication lookup tool doesn't work properly either. It's like it doesn't pay attention to the information that you enter. The app in general is very dysfunctional & seems like it's disconnected. I'm exremely disappointed because this would've been a great tool & resource to have on my phone.

Based on other reviews, I'm lucky I can . However, it doesn't you, and if you turn off the " me" it will just turn it back on the next time you . The face recognition doesn't do anything, forced to each time and the field for the name confuses both my keepers so it puts the in there too. It's merely a web portal, not a real app and no QA that I can tell if the main problems are on the first screen!

The WORST app ever. Why even have an app at all?? I tried to use it for a telehealth visit. It kept crashing and making me start the process all the way over - THREE times before I gave up and went to a desktop computer. And you really list "no known allergies" alphabetically by the "n" instead of putting it at the bottom? It's like a child made this app.

Can't get off the pop up about updating communication preferences. Can't hit save, there's no Xing off. Update: If they gave the option for zero stars, I'd change it. I can't sign in, says my is incorrect. When I click on "?" , it says there is no with that email,which, since it's my only email, is the only one I could have signed up with. If I try to make a new with that email, it says that email is already in use.

For some reason, registration is separate from the web site. Unfortunately, registration and connecting your web doesn't work. "The information you entered doesn't match our records" is all you're going to run into. Then your gets locked and you have to wait 24 hours before trying again. No doctor is on your list, so you find a doctor but there's no way to add her to your list, so what's the point? I verified my phone number several times and it still says it's not verified. Plan details only shows copays, no benefits.

This app is horrible. Consistently underperforming at best. Unacceptably slow transition from screen to screen. credential retention is hit or miss on a good day and this includes finger print mode. Face recognition is a joke. My 10 year old daughter could develop a more effective app. Developers...you should be ashamed of yourselves. Do your job.

Fine when/if it works. I can see easily where I want to navigate to or what I'd like to use... It just never stops "loading" the entire page will be there with a never ending loading wheel in front of it preventing use. Have to force close and start again, but always at some point somewhere it just gets stuck stating it's loading. New to this company but not impressed so far, app is buggy, and I never receive responses to email questions about my coverage either. 😑
