The app is good and easy to use. However I would recomend to allow pdf attachments in addition to pictures, since now we are receiving invoices by email. Update - Nov 2024 Not sure what happened but now each time I want to select Practicioner services is not working. Please fix it.

App is barely friendly. If you've used a practitioner already, they should be on your list for the next claim instead of having to search for it and still not be there. And super slow just like the website. Just a way to delay the process.

The loading times on this app are ridiculous. Logging in and every single click involves a loading screen. It's annoying to use.

Works flawlessly to submit claim. Needs easy way to find remaining amounts I can claim for example for osteopath, physio etc. Beneva does this already

The app is extremely glitchy, slow, and painful to use. It took a half hour to submit a simple claim because it kept sitting on loading screens for several minutes with a strong internet connection. Even without the performance issues, it is not friendly and confusing to navigate. The website is no better. It's clear they don't want to give you any money.

I just tried to use the app at my dental office, and I was forced to update to this newer version, which was so slow that I couldn't even pull up my info to do direct billing. Not a great first impression for an app that should be making my life easier, and not harder. The also doesn't work with my manager, nor does the prompt to enter it after having the app open for a while. So annoying.

Updated: App is better after getting used to it and with new update. Still not a fan of having the new things pop up everytime you though. When first starting up the app, need to press the back button to actually go to the page to submit the claim is kind of ridiculous. Submitting a claim doesn't even seem to be an option from the menu bar. Also the fact that documents must be in a jpg is archaic. Most invoices are in pdf format so I need to convert each invoice to jpg

Your new app although improved still has many things not working well like : when filling out the explanation for a claim, the text in the box is not focused on the screen and you end up not seeing what you write if you write long. Or if the app background is set to dark the claim PDFs I look dark with black text which makes them impossible to read (I suggest you change font to white in this case) . Also it is not intuitive to have to submit through a claim when all I need is an estimate
