Uninstalling. Waste of data and time. Almost never had problems a couple of years ago. Basic but was ok. Now - would not load home page, shows different deductible than their own full web site. But keeps pushing the teledoc, health quiz, Covid updates. Those pages always open and load just fine. I'd like to see first my claims, never mind to find out why my deductible was changed without any notification. Hey, we are used to that, but a courtesy email, letter or a pigeon messenger would be nice!

App is useless. Won't even tho certain correct info because can to website just fine. Used the app a few years ago all the time but has been a continually problem since then. I'm just uninstalling and making a shortcut to the webpage. Update after response. Reinstalled to see if working and same result. Still won't allow to . Website still works fine. App is still useless.

Good design, but app barely functions. Consistently spending 30+ seconds waiting on pages to load. This happens regardless of being connected to wifi or 5/6G. It has been this way for years with no real signs of improvement. Which is a shame, bc it does have a friendly layout

Best health ins app. Reviewing the app, not company, policies, or cost. Those are not up to the devs. USABILITY: Predictable, intuitive, clear, well organized interface. No bugs on iOS, android on Samsung, Google, or OnePlus devices. FUNCTIONAL: fast, secure, no background bloat, not resource heavy, interacts well with exporting or sharing info outside the app when needed. FEATURES: everything you need to policy info & costs. REQUEST: ability to get ID card pic per family member

the app is NOT VERY FRIENDLY, My customer service was excellent!!!, but app has drop down boxes that don't let you see what you're trying to fill out....very hard to use...and confusing.

This gets the second star because they list covered physicians. Everything else is not -friendly, lags or is absolutely useless. Needs to be sent back to the drawing board. Do market analysis first, please.

The claims information provided is wholly inadequate. Zero service detail, zero detail of benefits determination. other than ing that a claim was processed, useless. Obstructive and hostile to me as the insured - unacceptable.
