I use it constantly. l love "My Chart," and especially the ability to obtain test results, send messages to doctors, and transfer appointments to my calendar - among many other things. 5/23/23 - As of a week ago, l have been unable to . The error message states that "...it is unable to , try later." Will this be fixed? I use My Chart daily on my phone. When fixed l will return to 5 stars.

"We couldn't log you in right now"...since ing this app, I've only been able to successfully ONCE. Always error messages when attempting to . I have quadruple confirmed my /pw are being input correctly (I have no issues logging in with the same credentials via the website). Given this is a healthcare app, this deserves attention and correction.

After using this app for about 10 months to access test results, etc, for 2 weeks, I couldn't at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it worked for a day. I have been trying to communicate with my P for 3 weeks now and I give up. I am just going to call his office and make an appt to talk to him. I sure am glad this isn't a banking app!

It works fine to check appointment information send messages or check labs but there's something wrong with the visit summary and notes not ever opening I ALWAYS get an error message its very frustrating.

Nothing ever works. Trying to make a payment, change payment info keeps sending me back or cancel and YES, info is correct. Now I have to send a check.🤬
