Ok - but for a tourist confusion This app would be perfect if it told you 1. Which line number (1 or 2) 2. When to change to another floor level I worked out (when going North / South) line 1 is north But when going East / West ?? Which line is East 🤷♂️ Great system otherwise, clean and regular service

ed this as a tuorist, always crash during card reading. Its problematic given the whole public transport system with the tourist is a scam

ok app but I'd like to buy a on this so I can have it ahead and connect to my phone. also the zone system is a bit confusing for example I think going to the outlet is zone 2 maybe but very hard to figure out!!

Good app for tourists; it helps you get a grab of the chaos that's called Madrid's public transport! Sometimes it's a bit heavy to load and that's why I've rated it with 4 stars, since when on the go, you need this to respond asap

Ridiculously disappointing. This app lacks useful functions, like route planning and ticket purchases. We're in 2023 and this app is stuck in the past.
