I've been using this app for a couple years (I have a subscription). Suddenly today, 9/16/24, it only scans the first four modules, while the rest of them put an orange "NA" box next to them. My last scan was 8/31/24, and it scanned all modules just fine. This is the same OBD scanner, same car, same phone, and same subscription. I'm not sure if they upgraded the app or what, but suddenly it's just eless. Update: I've sent an email to and am now waiting for a response/fix.

App doesn't work, it's absolutely useless every time I scan a vehicle it gets to about 80% then doesn't progress any further, same with clearing the faults it does exactly the same, the the only thing that works is where they take your money off your card that bit works perfectly no problems there, I got the advanced package any vehicle and a life time subscription pretty pointless and a complete rip off when it doesn't work. My advice to anyone else would be AVOID at all costs,

I have used this app for a little while now, I've paid for a Lifetime Subscription, it is by far one of the greatest OBDII Scanning Apps you will find, and it's really easy to use, so it's pretty much for anyone that understands diagnostics. I will it that there are some connection issues from time to time, which has been pointed out by some others, but it isn't a £3000+ machine that workshops have, so it would be fair to say it's expected.

I can't tell if it is the new Bluetooth scanner or the app. Both say they read TPMS and SRS/airbag. I specifically paid for both for the SRS/airbag reading. I know already 3 of my tire sensors are out, and that didn't show up on the scan. I am sure my airbag light is on, and nothing showed up on the scan. I feel like got ripped off $10. ☹️

It's alright it's got pretty good details but it doesn't from option to option the make and model of the vehicle it gets old having to go through the list of vehicles to find the one you want Everytime you change a category

Complete waste of money.You guys don't have any answer. Just keep on saying update the app even when the app is up to date. You need to work on the app first because the issue is happening to all my cars and is not limited to only one car. This issue is with my other garage pro device as well.

Won't let me clear codes, even after paying for the subscription. It will let me view codes, but I can't clear them until I "save my vehicle" but I can't select/save my vehicle because the app glitches out when trying to automatically find the make/model and gets stuck in an endless loop of "searching for vehicle models"

A fantastically presented app. Unfortunately even after buying the advanced year subscription it was still not possible to recalibrate steering angle sensor. This was the only reason I tried out the app and the only reason I have requested a refund.
