It's useless. Constantly crasy and asking for location permission which is enabled. Reported this 3 times, no real help from customer service. They explain what to in a toddler level without understanding what is wrong. Once my insurance is expire will go somewhere else. Waste of time this app.

This is an updated review. I have 2 cars. One I use only for delivery, the other one for everything else and it's insured separately. How does the app know when I use which? Well, it doesn't. We've been driving around for a few days using the car I don't deliver with. Guess what! My score's changed. This app is not fit for purpose.

Overall, I am satisfied ,but online services need some improvement. For example ,showing car year 2024 if it is older.

I made a test. In non working days they still tracked me and lowered my score and of course increase my policy. This app was made to earn more money for the company! I'm driving perfectly most of time with over 24 years driving experience. And my policy increase every time. Useless for me. They nearly doubled my policy after two months. Immediately cancelled my policy. There are much more better providers now. I used to love the zego app, but now is the worst one. Even 1 star is too much... 🤑🤮

This app is almost lies and very easy to manipulate it. I have been driving with it many years. I can not accept the claim this people put or enforce people to this silly app. It's not technically marvel, pretty basic. I have tried purposefully in many ways and got a picture how the app work, and the scores it is giving. It's all lie. My scores are getting every time same, even if I am driving same manner. Always goes down when my renewal near and price going up. What load of rubbish.

Disappointing Telemetry. I love the concept, unfortunately the data collected doesn't relate to the driving, which renders the app unfair and not fit for purpose. I never speed, break or accelerate harshly. No hard cornering either, basically I drive like a hearse. App records walking to the doors to deliverer my parcels as bad driving. Never had less than 90 on similar apps, with sense is always random scores from 12 to 65. Emailed several times, never got a reply.

I don't trust the app. I'm an Uber/Deliveroo driver so I do 100 miles or more a day. I can drive slow and steady for days and my score might go up by one if I'm lucky. I accelerated and braked hard a few times within a 30 minute period to test if the app was actually working and my score dropped by two! Hastings telematics is much more realistic and shows you exactly where and when you made 'mistakes'. My score was near perfect with them but below average with Zego. My driving hasn't changed.
