Terrible App. Only allows you to search on front page. No option to . But...when entered all search criteria, and eventually rooms with rates, then requires ! Once logged in, all the previous search criteria is lost. A different and clunky search is now required with dreadful designed pages which do not load properly. Worse still, the selection of rooms and rates previously offerred are not shown. Gave up and booked direct with hotel...same rates! Why bother with this app?? ...

Great hotel chain, dreadful app with poor functionality. Any other hotel/travel app will open already personalised (assuming you have enrolled) and let you readily see your profile/staus/bookings...not this app. What is the point of it?

Click on a hotel of interest from the map function and the app always brings up details of completely different hotel so not good! No booking function either.

Unable to as an existing member. So sadly I have to uninstall until this has changed. I will continue to use the normal site.
