Scam. I told them that flights were never available in their flight package. They sent me a thing back saying they certainly do. I looked at one that wasn't even open to the public yet just the lux ones that had just been released and of course flights are no longer available with this package. Sold out which is absolutely BS as they had just put it on. Why should I have to concierge it should come up.

Very glitchy. Kept changing number of travellers for a booking. Will do elsewhere to book.

Constantly crashes. Every time I do a search and change the number of guests from the default of 2 adults, the app crashes.

I have to say the UI and UX of the app require a complete redesign. Simple things like the ability to save the details of the accompanying family (Number of adults, kids and their age) in the profile, instead of having to enter these details every single time, another one is the ability to filter on the hotel or property class, without have to guess or use Google to get the information. As other have mentioned, the search functionality is bloated and often it will need a Force stop.

The app has recently developed a pop up many are experiencing. I uninstalled the app and then re ed it. The app will no longer open, I receive a pop up stating the app could not open due to a bug. Try opening again once the developer fixes the bug. Was ed by develop today. After updating the app, it appears they have now fixed the issue. Thank you.
