THE MYDS APP, WITH YOU EVERY DAYMyDS, the application for DS owners, allows you to connect to your vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your DS driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked DS vehicle is displayed on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks your journeys and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your DS vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyDS application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyDS also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple DS vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby DS dealerships and their details.
- DS news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyDS also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with DS Assistance, DS and dealerships.
All DS models are compatible with the MyDS application. However, if your DS is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed., You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

Recently the ability to the vehicle documentatiom has started to fail for no apparent reason...I assume theres been an update that's wrecked this piece of functionality. Also unable.t9 search for a location easily. Thankfully if you search on Google maps and then copy the plus code and paste that it can find the location and then it can be sent to the vehicle....such a hassle! Also some journeys it doesn't record and others it duplicates!!! So bizarre!!

Another App that falls below expectations! Connects better than the Citroen App did on our C4, logs journeys ok, distance and time.. fails 100% to record any MPG /consumption data. UK DS customer service failed to give a solution.My trip report is active on mobile app, yet does not work at all. Service Store states DS4 is not compatible! Very poor app, only slightly better than the Citroen version , but no idea why it refuses to show or record any MPG data? Removed and reinstalled app, no good!

Almost completely useless right now. Will not refresh data to current time and date so location of car, mileage left in tank, and trip data all based on position 2 days ago. Send an email to developer , email response with a link to a Web page that does not exist. But they are really 'sorry'

What is the point!! I've ed the app and trying to use it but getting a message saying " Bluetooth permission failed " my phone IS connected to the car and works perfectly I'm able to stream music take and receive calls I've emailed DS regarding this issue and was sent a link to report this issue to but the link supplied doesn't work or open. So yet again we are left with unanswered questions poor and no one taking ownership of this problem. POINTLESS ING THE APP !!!!!!

Absolutely the worst app I have! It simply does not work. "Failed to connect to vehicle" all of the time. Why doesn't it just work? Connects to Bluetooth perfectly for phone use so why is there any problem connecting for data transfer?

Has not worked for a year now with my DS3. Ds have acknowledged a problem and are now fobbing us off with a monthly email saying it is still being looked at. It has twice worked for some strange reason but I suspect this is some sort of cloud issue or similar but we are constantly being fobbed off

After almost a year of use the has not had any noticeable improvements. The app is slow to update the status of the car, it failes to update the charge information. Its is a really bad app. I have heard that there is coming a new app in early 2025. Crossing my fingers🥲

Reinstalled after giving up on it for several months.... Fine for 5 days and then it stopped connecting and saving journeys. The only thing that changed? There was an Android Auto update. But if that breaks it then what good is the app in the first place.
