The service of the app is terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes before I could chat with the doctor, even though they said the waiting time was 10 minutes. Once connected to the doctor, the communication was extremely slow, and the responses were just standard ones you could find online. When I tried to follow up, it was difficult to send messages; they kept failing to send even though there were still about 5 minutes left in the consultation.

using this app via Grab, bad service. the order canceled without any notice, the money refunded but not for the service fee. i mean, people using this app to buy a medicine when they were sick, but it get worse because of the bad service (system and also the CS).

Sorry excuse of an app. Clunky interface, slow loading performance almost on every screens, confusing navigation. The service itself is just as bad. Out of 5 orders I made, 4 ended up having to be manually processed through WhatsApp just to get the medicines delivered. Health apps are mission-critical by definition and this one appears to have missed the memo. At this rate, might as well skip it in favor of going straight to WhatsApp.

I ordered meds through the Grab app and turned out the pharmacy was closed. GD service sucks big time bcs: 1. I couldn't cancel the order--the driver complained to me. It wasn't my fault, yet I had to listen to his complaint. 2. Tried to your CS thru WA and asked to cancel, slow response. 3. Instead of canceling my order, the CS kept proceeding with my order. The grab driver came when, at the same time, I went to the pharmacy. I unnecessarily had to pay double for one medicine.

Redeem medicine button doesn't do anything, very bad UI, lots of menu just doesn't work, the app is slow, CS doesn't offer much help/solution, and guess what? They do maintenance in busy hour, even the CS can't explain the estimated duration for the maintenance. If only the company insurance doesn't require good doctor for telemedicine, Would never install this app. Final words: dont install this, you got better option such as halodoc. Waywayway reliable, better UI, no app issue, solutive CS

It is a very helful application to me considering the difficulties and worries to go to hospital in this pandemic era. The app is easy to use and it has many great features. I like the way we can see the doctor profile and background before choosing to consult with the doctor.

After the app installed on my phone, I received pop up notification to update the app, When I tap the "Update" button, it's go back to playstore with the "open app" button, no "update button". Very confusing. I can't use the app.
