If you used a specific credit card to book your hotel, make sure to use that same credit card to sign up for this service. Otherwise they will put your entire room fee on your credit card. Front desk, their ing, their manager, nobody could then change it for me. Also, if you already have an MGM Rewards , this app won't be able to find it. Absolute garbage app.

The app is useless until you wait in a 45 to 60 minute line to physically check in to your hotel. What is the point of allowing you to check in mobile, but not allow you to have access to a digital key to avoid the line? We always have to physically check in to get the digital access. Also, you can't share room keys or rewards with your own spouse, on your , on the same MGM credit card. I recommend getting physical room keys as well. The digital key doesn't work half the time.

Won't let you use it unless you give your location. If I'm looking up a specific place to stay, then you don't need my location turned on. I know where I want to stay. Unistalled it!!

I love my the app and the MyVegas games! I wouldn't be able to visit Vegas as much without the wonderful and amazing offers they provide. My only complaint is that every year, it gets harder and harder to find the calendar with available dates to use your rewards. Other than that, MGM always goes above and beyond!

Actual Status Doesn't Match the app. I'm a veteran and once I had updated it in person the app doesn't reflect.

Super slow loading times for everything. Can't even buy tickets for any shows. Doesn't even pop the seat I want. Also needs Dark Mode 😔

The chat feature never works... Can't toggle between 2 reservations if they're at different properties over the same dates... 50% off the time adding a guest on the app doesn't populate to guest being shown as added onto the reservation when the staff at the property checks
