Our soccer club traditionally used GotSport, and that tool was a UX nightmare; while our Rugby team used sportsYou, a definite improvement over GotSport. My son's soccer team switched over to Byga this year and it's been the premier tool thus far. Byga is a more intuitive, visually appealing, and functional app than its competitors. There are some improvements that could be made to simplify and streamline the experience IMO, but I'm excited to continue using Byga as it continues to improve.

App has great features but vary laggy at times, needing to be rebooted by powering phone off and on. Messages also don't show up on notification bar sometimes.

It glitches with messages, structure of the app is redoened for some options. Game descriptions misses options. No flexibility to create chats.

Love Byga ❤️ If you haven't tried it, I would highly recommend converting no matter what your currently using. it saves me time, and it's friendly. As a coach and who has used gotsport, playmetrics and sports engine...Byga is so far advanced and the integration is phenomenal everything flows effortlessly thank you for always being so responsive when I have questions ❤️ couldn't ask for better!!

My wife and I have Galaxy S22 Ultra's and we do not get notifications for new chat messages. Our daughter's club soccer organization started using this app for their Teams this year. We are missing messages from the coaches. I've read several reviews for this same issue and it's supposedly been fixed with several recent updates yet, it still doesn't work.

Clunky interface with way too many tiers. Esp dislike that you can't see at a glance which events you've rsvp'd to already. You have to open each event individually to check but there's no change at the previous level showing either yes/no or that it's been done.

We're new in using this app. I have an android and my husband an iphone. We have done all the troubleshootings that are recommended for notification alerts, especially for the chats, and we don't get them. No notifications whatsoever. Very frustrating.

I have multiple children in the club. would like to differentiate between them with a visual cue. I do not see this ability and have to really pay attention to which child I am updating. overall, it is fine, but prefer other more established sites like teamsnap or shutterfly...
