One of the worst application I ever worked with: - it doesn't store the logged in , so if you want to use it, you need to every time you open it. But even after logging in (without closing it), actually it doesn't log you in; - doesn't offer much functionality anyway. It seems like a project done by a student for a simple exam. Because of it, I will change my supplier for charging my car (Engie NL), because themselves were NOT helpful at all and they don't use other application.

Absolute evil Worst experience ever. The app is very slow, totally non intuitive, complete mess. The author does not understand it's customer the need and the use case. In addition very very slow. -100

!!!! DON'T USE !!!!! Worse app and service ever experienced. They withdraw you a prepaid amount (48€) and only after that tell you that the charger is out of order. I even tried multiple chargers as it can happen that one is not working, but out of 14, none worked. "Powered by Engie", better be better and not waste your time here.

So bad app I tried to charge my car and he ask me to pay 48.40€ and when I payed it doesn't work and I couldn't charge my car. It's really very bad app.

Tried to charge my car with this app. Deducted €48.40 from my cc but couldn't charge. Did it again and the app deducted €48.40 again now its deducted twice and i still cant charge. Tried to an , cant cause the app doesn't recognise my Iban while its a perfectly fine Iban. Uninstalled it cause its a annoying app.

Unable to load/display the charging points current fee. Loading times between all screens in the app are abysmal. Nearly unusable in its current state
