I am giving it a one star for I have been waiting for months for onboarding but am still on hold. Good job for being good at that. If that is how HSD is doing it, I dont think I am ever going to try it again, I am already on other ride sharing apps, I am a five star driver and am very happy with them. None of them kept me on hold more thank 1 or 2 days while this HSD hold been for month now.

I think they should have the app be able to integrate with the vehicles on boarding screen and navigation, also that they should work on making drivers safety more of a priority

This app doesn't work. You get hung up on registration in so many places and you either just have to wait for them to figure it out on their end or you don't get to do it. I was told to just load the app on another device and try there. Well it doesn't work there either and I'm out of devices.

I saw an ment for this on YouTube, and figured I could do this since I've driven kids before with Uber. When I went to do the setup process they wanted me to have 5 years of caregiving experience, that makes no sense when I'm driving children to school or back. That's why I'm reading it so low and that's why I'm uninstalling the app.

Every Rideshare company should be like this one... the three founders 👩🏻👩🏻🦱👱🏼♀️of this company have got it right! As a driver for 51 years, I can honestly say this is the most -friendly, organized, and upfront app in the Rideshare industry I've ever worked for!! 💐💐💐

Do not apply if you are in the middle of vehicle registration! They say that they accept renewals, but at the same time they won't accept the information that they ask for (DMV receipt and registration information off the website). It shows my vehicle with my vin and my licence and shows my next renewal date, but they still won't accept it. Long story short, they're not entirely truthful, and considering this app revolves around small children transportation, that concerns me.

The app is very buggy and crashes and won't open, especially during rides—when it is most needed—and that has made me late in logging some pickups (something they say they cant manually fix). Additionally, it often takes a long time for to answer and is hard to get ahold of them when you need them. Otherwise, the company seems decent and pay is decent though I'm not sure it's worth the frustration of the time wasted fiddling with the app.

App works good most of the time. occasionally I have an issue, but it's few & far between. the one problem that effects my driving success card is that the app uses Google maps mph listed & not the actual speed limit. Google maps has incorrect mph a lot!! Especially in my area & I can't drive anywhere for HopSkipDrive without it affecting my speeding score. I've ed HSD regarding this issue several times.
