App is sooo difficult to sign in with. Your two step verification is the worst! I have to go to my email to get the code and your app automatically resets ...I have to sign back in....then the code is no good. Even under 5 minutes I actually have to use two devices to sign into your app on my phone. One for my email and one for your app!! Just awful.

The app runs like an ad. Every screen asks you to rate the app, to give them more information on you, etc. I'm leaving this review just to stop getting interrupted. The layout is terrible. Have to hunt for things like an HSA. Edit: I *see* the HSA, but it's down a menu tree and not displayed with other s. Cumbersome experience.

I got a text that I have a message. I opened the app and was forced to update. After the update, I was forced to set up 2 factor so I did. I got my verification code and entered it, logged in, only for it to say something went wrong, try again later. Now I have a message waiting in my that I'm unable to access. Great job.

The app is good when you can actually . One day, I can and look at everything. The next won't let me , and it keeps telling me it's the wrong info. Update, 3 months later and I still have the same problem. Now, it says my biometrics have expired. How does that even happen? This is the only app that has ever done that.

Partially works. Hard to navigate. Cannot see benefits book, links Cannot see copies of bills, however it's an Improvement over last version. At least I can . I expected more for the cost of the benefits. Messages on app cannot be replied to. Any app issue the answer is to the website. Which doesn't work either.

Incredibly frustrating. Ended up uninstalling the app and going back to using the website because I was constantly being bounced back and forth anyways. Can't EOB from the app or see messages. It was a waste of storage space on my phone. I use to like the app but it's just plain aggravating now. If my issues get fixed I might try the app again but I'm not going to continue to get stressed/aggravated when the website doesn't cause me nearly as many problems.

A miserable experience. Since the switch to myhighmark and the app, nothing has gone smoothly. I had to switch back to paper statements because it takes more than a month for them to be available on the new site/app. And when they are available, the PDF can't be ed because it's a "corrupt file". The old site worked fine.

ed and opened for the first time. Was able to . When prompted for mandatory 2FA, the screen goes white and that's where it ends. Can't continue. I can go back one screen and try again but get the same white screen afterwards. It's completely unusable. I'll go back to the website and use that until the app designers get their stuff together. Galaxy S22 Ultra with latest OS.
