it is quite good to use. thanks to the developers. but there are some feed back: 1. There is no possiblity to change the language. it only uses the current system language. 2. I don't know why, but it happens very often, that when I want to go by train, the offers are only sorted by "departure time", and it is not possible to sort the offers by other type. but if I go by bus or flight, I can sort them by other type. regards

Annoying minute details and crashes. The concept of one app for bus, train, flight and car pooling is really cool and saves my time to check different apps. But the experience in the app is not so great for example, It crashes quite often, takes a lot of time to display results, while searching you can't type the destination first and starting point next, you can't see the ticket prices in the completed travels. Additional features like add calendar will also be nice to have.

The app is actually quite great, I travelled in but also in the Netherlands with it (Bremen-Berlin/Leipzig and Bremen-Maastricht). The Flixbus part worked quite nice as well, although I am not a fan of buses. What I don't like however is the new name, Omio straight up sucks. It just sounds like so many other apps and services that have come and gone and doesn't really reflect what it does. It's a real shame.

I do not recommend this app if you are unfamiliar with and its train stations. It gets the job done. However if you are in any way uncertain of its instructions or stops (it doesn't give you the station numbers for the tains you need to be at) it can and will cause you to miss a train, bus, travel option, etc. You have to take screen shots of that information from the email that is sent when you purchase your tickets.

I just realised that this app is charging me in British pounds for a bus service in Portugal, while paying with a Portuguese bank card. result: paying more for the exchange rates plus whatever else the bank charges for paying in another currency. This has made me incur into extra costs making the whole thing much pricier. I do not being asked in what currency to pay. I live in the UK but that doesn't mean I want, should or be assumed that I wish to pay in pounds. it's ridiculous.

I so wanted to like Omio: the convenience of multiple countries and modes. But for train travel in Spain it fell short or failed in some way every time. It would show a few trains when there were many. It would show no trains when there were a few. And instead of being able to change a ticket for free, they were unable to change it at all, even though they listed alternatives on their own site. Customer service was a frustrating AI joke. I had much better results with the native Renfe app.

Destination and departure locations we're reversed and couldn't cancel. Lost over $400. Went to Deutsch Bahn and train direct and half the price. Don't use this app. Edit Thank you. I used Deutsch Bahn and could book direct ticket for less than half your price for 2 transfers. Also was easily able to see info, while didn't realize your ticket involved transfers until ed. You also need to change your help pages that state ticket can be cancelled up to day prior. Obviously not true.

I booked two trips, I got the confirmation email but both of the trips disappeared in the app and it's not allowing me to retrieve it, keeps telling me it doesn't exist. customer service has been lacking and no response. I'm about to call the credit card company to dispute the charges if I don't hear back soon.
