Very few things actually work on this app. If you get a notification of a message, you can't opened it. Both their app and website are very buggy. I have reported this to member services multiple times.

Can't even get the damn app to open. All I get is the logo splash screen. Thought maybe it was my VPN so turned it off and restarted the app. Same result.

App is low quality. It lags and is just not esthetically pleasing to the eye. I used to have regence BCBS and their app was great. It was modern. Simple and easy to use without the lag and it had biometric ! They need to add biometrics because having to put in a every time is ridiculous. Also the app is just not simple enough. People like simplicity. They like to be able to have the app tell them right in front of their face their benefits and how much their at in OOP $$

Spent quite a long time attempting to set up an . Called tech and was able to set up via website site, only to have the app tell me AGAIN that my name and aren't correct. What a great start to my new health insurance. I'm deleting the app and not wasting another minute on your website either. I'll take my chances on snail mail. 😡

single sign on is failing preventing my profile, virtual care and emailing all fail. white page blue spinning circle then I get an sso failed connection aborted. worse update ever who ever is responsible for integration doesn't know what they are doing. Now virtual care is down when I need it the most. Time for a new provider.

Horrible app, it used to be good, I used it for virtual care for a year and it was great, now it says there is no camera permission for my virtual visit

Just installed the app yesterday and so far everything I do is an error the first time, second time worked. Where did all of my personal and bank information go when it errored??? Do I change everything that I've accumulated online over the past 25 years or just pray my bank doesn't get emptied?? It's not the phone......

Half website half app. Meh. Maybe you can make a fully integrated app instead of putting almost no effort into it? I'm sure any programmer can make an app that refers to a website. Some information incorrect too.
