প্রতি বছর বাংলাদেশে প্রায় ২২,০০, ০০০ (বাইশ লক্ষ) নামজারি আবেদন হচ্ছে। ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয় জনগণের দোরগোড়ায় নামজারিসহ বিভিন্ন ভূমিসেবা পৌঁছে দেয়ার লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এরই ধারাবাহিকতায় উপজেলা/সার্কেল ভূমি অফিসের নামজারি ও জমা-খারিজ মামলাসমূহ ইলেক্ট্রনিক পদ্ধতিতে কম সময়ে, কম খরচে ও ভোগান্তিহীনভাবে প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে ই-নামজারি সিস্টেমের মোবাইল এ্যাপস তৈরী করা হয়েছে। এন্ড্রোয়েড ফোনের ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য গুগল প্লে-স্টোর হতে ই-নামজারি বিষয়ক এই এ্যাপসটি ডাউনলোড করে খুব সহজেই নাগরিকগণ সার্চ করে তাদের আবেদনের বর্তমান অবস্থা, আবেদনের এস এম এস, ভূমি অফিসের সকল কর্মকর্তার তথ্য এই এ্যাপসটির মাধ্যমে দেখতে পারবেন। অফিস ব্যবহারকারীগণ এই এ্যাপসটির মাধ্যমে চলমান, পেন্ডিং আবেদন লিস্ট আকারে দেখতে পারবেন। কতগুলো আবেদনের আবেদন ফি এবং ডিসিআর ফি পরিশোধ করেছে সেটা দেখতে পারবেন। ই-নামজারি চলমান আছে এমন উপজেলার উপজেলা নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তাগণ, জেলার এডিসি (রেভিনিউ) ও ডিসি মহোদয়গন এবং ভূমি সংস্কার বোর্ড ও ভূমি মন্ত্রনালয়ের কর্মকর্তাগণ ই-নামজারি কার্যক্রম তদারকি করতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও, নিবন্ধন অধিদপ্তরের অধীনে সাব-রেজিস্টার / রেজিস্টারবৃন্দ এই এ্যাপসটির মাধ্যমে তথ্য আদান-প্রদান করতে পারবেন।
