Needed to change an appointment, but the app only shows two options "Cancel" and "Book a New". So I booked a new appointment, then cancelled the old. ONLY to then discover the "Cancel" function opens a "Reschedule" option. This should be changed to appear as an option on the earlier screen. So I didn't get to use the "Reschedule" option. Ideally, this function should hold the existing appointment, until a new appointment been selected and booked, then cancel the old, to avoid losing an appt.

A very useful app that makes booking medical appointments, adding them to your calendar, etc a breeze. No waiting on the phone to talk to reception, no being put on hold then being told that no appointment is available. Hats off to the developers for creating such a useful app.

Bookings rejected for no reason. Wait over 20 minutes for staff to answer calls and even they cant make the bookings. HotDoc app is rediculous app and not useful. Problem is patient does not get advised of cancellations nor when a booking is made. Staff controlling the app can incorrectly put a blackmark on the wrong client and the app is then useless ,,,,totally useless!!!!!!!! My partner and I have never used such a hopeless app. So frustrating!!!!

U make an appointment then it's confirmed. Then U have to confirm it again within an hour and a half or it's cancelled without ur knowledge. So U turn up for ur appointment and then U r told U don't have one! Screwing with patients continually. It's not a good app needs overhauling. This is people's health being stuffed up!

It gets to the book appointment bar you click on that and then it says your appointment has Not been booked yet because it asks you to save to calendar I do that, I pushed back arrow and it does take me back, But which actually should have a return key on the side of the screen that actually takes you back to the correct place in the app where you can view your appointment you just booked but doesn't do that, instead slowly back tracks through every step again to the beginning, Very Confusing !

Works well, gives immediate response to appointment bookings and is way more reliable to book appointments than calling the clinic who in my case, are notorious for not answering the phone. My only issue was when booking a doctor, I did not notice that this particular GP charged on top of the bulk billed rebate and found out when I went for the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to re-book for a bulk billing GP. Please make this more obvious.

This app is so easy to use when I want to make an appointment with my regular doctor at my regular clinic. I haven't worked out yet how to change the settings to search for another doctor at the main clinic. It's good to keep track of my appointments and the reminders are great and timely.

I've not had any problems so far, and as far as efficient, I was running early for an appointment, so I booked in for the next available time as I was on my way, and checked in as I walked in the door, I was in the waiting room long enough to cancel my previously made booking then seen my doc, so far, a great experience all round.
