I. hate. this. app. It crashes non-stop. I get a notification and I'm lucky if I can actually look within 10 minutes of the motion. I force stop it constantly so i can get the camera movement to actually work. I've written the company about the issues and nothing has been done. I will never buy another one of these cameras again. It was such a waste of money and I wish I could return it.

The camera worked for over 2 years. All of a sudden, it just wouldn't connect to the internet even it's directly connected to the router. I tried the online , didn't help much. They first ignored my messages until I started to type in Chinese. And in the middle of the ”conversation”, the person just went offline and an auto response just popped up.

Fail... no matter what I do! If everyone has to goto the clunky website to there email, then remove the function off your app. It wasted 30 minutes of my time making me think that I was doing something wrong. Now there is one error after another... unable to connect... crashes... "Developers should have all these issues fixed by now."

Overall pretty good app and interface; can be a little buggy sometimes with navigation. I often experience that if you are watching the video feed but do not exit out to the main menu but instead minimize the app that once you go back to the app the video feed will not load until you close/exit the app and then re-open. I have also noticed that if I am recording a video feed and as an example I get an incoming FB Messenger video call, the video still shows recording with the red light indicator and time counter however when you go back and watch the video it actually cuts off when the video call came in.

great for a long time until recent update. arbitrarily logs out and asks for a bound email, but website doesn't work right, so you can't bind email. app becomes unusable unless you create a new and readd your cameras. great feature an app to monitor security cameras remotely. (sarcasm). App worked fine until they updated it about 2 months ago.

The UI is intuitive and the motion detection seems to work, but the app crashes every time I try to view a recorded event. It does the same thing on two different phones and rebooting the camera/reinstalling the app does not work. This makes it mostly useless to me. The camera was also a gigantic pain to get on our network. Update: The developer was super responsive to my issue and the new update did fix the issue. They even sent me an apk to try if the update didn't fix it.

I very much like the clear picture and how wide the shot it. I would like for the app to not have to be reset every time I exit and re-enter. The video freezes every time I leave the app and come back without clearing it out all the way. Update: Also, with your new update, my phone security states that it's unsafe and contains "spyware".

Update. Was working fine for a couple months. Now back to having to uninstall and reinstall every day. I hate that this app is so unreliable. It used to be great and had no issues. But seems they fit over a year now, it just keeps crashing, or will not even not up. In I have tried reinstalling it, at least 20 times over the past year. Only to work, sometimes, fit a lil while before it acts up again a week later, if I'm lucky.
