UPDATE 2! APP IS ACCESSING CLIPBOARD WITHOUT PERMISSION! The app seems to work for viewing live, moving, but playback is a hit and miss. It'll say no sd card so I go out, take it out and right back in, format it and it'll work for a few days. Another major problem is it don't loop recording, instead it'll stop when card is full and you have to reformat it to record again! All 3 cameras are now junk, and still no sd storage unless you buy theirs! No matter what brand SD. Works in my other cams

This is an update from my orevious review in April 2024. Since then, I've had another update and have had no glitches thus far. The app is good enough with occasional glitches e.g when there's an update cameras go offline and have to be set back manually. Date and time as well goes back to China time zone, playback is extremely slow, night vision is very grainy and i have wiped the lances clean so many times, they are clear in the day and grainy at night...Firmware updates crashes the cameras.

I just installed this app to work with a Hiseeu device. Everything is working fine. I was concerned by the recent bad reviews. Possibly the firmware has been updated since then. If the app in not working properly, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling again. I also like the ability ability to switch the monitoring resolutions, in case of delays through the network.

Don't buy. Camera movement through app is slow. I have my camera to always record because the record-on-movement option, it was too slow. Once the person ,or object, was gone, the camera would start recording. And finally, my biggest problem is that I can no longer access what is on the card. It always says connection error. So completely useless now to me.

Push notifications. currently, set to recieve no more then 1 per minute. but it just streams hundreds of beeps threw as if that setting doesnt exist, it surely doesnt work... well, I have news for you, that pisses me off. Surely I am not getting what I paid for. what's the point of offering those options, if they dont work? Also, regarding the high medium and low sensitivity settings for motion. the LOW setting doesnt work. need options to set where to monitor motion, not whole screen

I have had this device for about 3yrs and absolutely loved it!!! Since the last update I really don't like it at all!!!!!!! It is slow tip pick up and record movement and going through playback is very tedious and stressful. Also no longer keeps correct time. It used to be very easy in a clear line and never missed a thing and timing stayed the same. PLEASEE RETURN TO PREVIOUS VERSION: (

The problem that I am having with the app is when someone pushes the button on the video doorbell and quickly moves out of view the app does not let me record that moment when the person is in view, they can out smart the save record, function. It would be ideal if it were to be able to grab the complete moment and maybe just a second beforehand.

Too many ads. And night vision is forced. For a hidden security camera, it's not safe. If it's night and a burger cuts on a light it'll give my camera location away. The night vision is automatic, and loud! If there is dim light it'll constantly cut off and on and it's annoying. Please add a night vision toggle option or I'm returning the product. Thank you.
