I have used this app for years and was happy with it, but mid September it stopped being able to process videos. I keep getting an error message saying it's unable to process the video. I get the error when both ing my own video and trying to use their camera feature. I've reached out to get but their suggestions have ranged from "turn your phone off" to using a 3rd party paid app to reformat videos. If this could be resolved, it would a 5 star app, but right now it's unusable.

Despite asking previously, you do can't chose your own date range. You can highlight and drag but that feature crashes the app. You then start clicking all 365 images you require for your project and it crashes after about 30 selections. Very poor considering I'm a pro /paid . Really expected better than this for such an annual expense.

I have been using this every day all year long and and so excited to have my video for the full year. In the middle of September it just stopped working. When I try to set a video to a date now it says "can't process video. Unable to extract video metadata". I have tried over several weeks and tried different videos. My app has all updates installed. This is so disappointing. No one from the team returns my messages.

Had this app in 2022 and after seeing my mashup from that year, I got inspired to it again and do it again for this year. Except everything I could do before is now behind a paywall? You can only have one project, which I'm really disappointed by as this wasn't the case two years ago. I was hoping on maybe getting two or three before you have to pay for more. I will try it this year but unhappy with seemingly everything feature being moved to payed-only, not very enticing to buy pro tbh

I really like this app, but it still has massive problems with syncing video, the audio from the video and any music you want to add. Considering I pay for this app it's a shame. It somewhat diminishes the video I end up with at the end of each year

I ed this app, but it wasn't what I needed. I emailed the team, and in minutes, they had my issue solved. I have never had such fast customer service. I appreciate it and will highly recommend this app.

I've been using this app for the better part of three years and it helps me to retain my favorite parts of any day and share them with the ones i care about. I'm quite delighted and grateful. It's super easy to use and convenient. Keeps me centred and able to really see that life is pretty grand. The small things captured sometimes can be as phenomenal as the grand things! Definitely think that if anyone can take the time to compile their bits of memories using this app they shan't regret it.

You can finally choose days via a calander, edit already trimmed snippets and let the app know the true date of snippets within a freestyle project. I've been working backwards in the timeline and some old videos sometimes have the wrong dates or default to the current day instead of when I know they were taken. With all these new features, for people who want to add old memories it's never been easier. Overall the app is the best it's ever been, really happy with it! 😁
