4. The train functions and materials related to the booking are provided by the "Taiwan Railways istration, MOTC"

English mode has many issues that do not exist in Chinese mode. When you generate a route from point A to point B, you can click the button in the route direction to call up the bus status. In English mode, this function fails to work when looking up non-numeric bus number that contains Chinese names as the bus route name/number. Destination search in English is also a lot less effective. Developer shift the blame to TW government, but English character version of bus route name exist!

In Taoyuan, the timetables changed about 3 months ago (May 2021; currently August), but the app hasn't updated them. I'm addition, hardly any of the buses are being tracked live (though this problem isn't only with this app; others have it as well -- however other apps have updated timetables while this one doesn't). It used to be the go-to app. Now, I feel like I need to uninstall it for being less than worthless.

Often when a bus just departs from its starting point. It will disappear from the schedule and (might) show up again a few stops later. So I can never see if the bus is actually coming or not (Keelung Area. Especially 1088 and 2088). Also please just combine the stops that are next to each other instead of having stop A, B, C etc. Sometimes it's really hard to find out which bus goes from where.

Another bait and switch app that is supposed to be helpful but like understanding the bus routes really isn't. Open app , click find bus routes and taken to world war 2 spycraft grid of obscure letters and numbers that aren't intuitive at all. For God's sake someone get some UX/UI people to the transport app developers stat. Or just put them all in Chinese and new honest that you're paying lip service to help foreigners navigate your island.

Great English bus app that is pretty accurate. You can save your favorite stops, the routes you take most often, and see what buses connect. You can also see how long it takes between MRT stops. It's a very useful app and has saved me a lot of time

Not good to look for a bus in a specific city because the search engine finds random stops in random cities. Also not good to plan a trip between cities because it has no "from - to" option. The app is a whole mess. You are better off using separate apps for each service.

Helps me a lot down south in Kaohsiung. The city is renovating all the sidewalks, so a lot of the bus stations have to be moved elsewhere down the road so I can't use the electronic schedule. This app has been a great convenience.

It was 5 stars, and I've been using it for a while and the bus stops were listed in English. Now, for some reason, it's changed to Chinese even if my setting is for English. The bus section is kind of pointless if you can't read Chinese.
