Would give a 0 or a minus if I could! Tried to get an urgent appointment and been rescheduled twice. I've been waiting since 19.45 for my appointment and is now 20.30 this is appalling and disgraceful! Now have to wait until Wednesday so am very disappointed by this service! Would not recommend at all!

I used this app in 2020 and it was great. As of now (October 2021) it's just not working. I had to reinstall it after it just gave me the "not logged in" error. And then after logging back in and trying to make an appointment it gets to the end of the process and says "something went wrong". There's a "try again" button but pressing that just brings that screen up again. So not possible to make an appointment right now.

Initially good, but trying to set up again after a hard restore of my phone.. TERRIBLE! They've been sitting with my personal details and photos of my drivers licence for a MONTH. Nothing. The customer has ignored my emails too. What are they doing with my info I wonder? To stop the world and let me off is easier.. I don't need an appointment for that! Good if you are lucky enough to have it work for you. Hope you are lucky.

App just does not work. Made an appointment via phoning doctors receptionist had to use this app. Get a text message asking me to confirm in 30 mins using the app. The app simply opens and says "something went wrong , please team" which there's no number or info. just left with a white screen. Tried this on partner's phone too same message. Very annoying.
