Paratransit customers can view today’s trips as well as future trips. When a trip is active, the Paratransit customer can track the bus to see when it will arrive.
DART Transit app will provide DART Connect customers with the following improvements:
Enhanced mapping system for more accurate pick-up/drop-off locations
Shorter walking distances
Ability to schedule trips up to two (2) days in advance
New tabs to see trips
New “Rate My Ride” feature
Request recurring trip(s)
Link to DART mobile fare payment
DART riders can get real-time bus information, receive Rider Alerts, and pay their fare conveniently from their phone. This new app is a great example of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience.

It is a great app to let you know when the bus is on the way. It also lets you know how far away the bus and your bus number for Paratransit so you know the right bus to get on. ***Only disadvantages the app crashes like every 5-10 minutes and the future trips usually pops up saying "something went wrong, try again later"

So while I love the DART app, this app leaves a lot to be desired. The trip planning feature is clumsy and glitchy, not working as well as the transit option in Google Maps. Futhermore, most of the rest of this app just echoes the DART website. None of the app works without an internet connection!!! This app is mostly a rebranded browser that only browses the DART website. What's the point of that? I prefer just going to the website and ing PDF schedules.

Beware! You may get stranded using/depending on service... Horrible app drivers are scary(driving) at times, "transit service from company and half of employees", separate apps for service, buses change routes, stops are far apart for some reason and constantly delayed or leaving late. And Delaware is a part of the Tri-state. They need to have Septa access. Top three worst companies this big just on service!! Might be a one star. When you're ready to restructure send me a message!!!

The app works fine as long as the buses do as well. If they decide not to run along your route for 2 hours, they dont say why. The stop schedule just appears as normal. Never mind the inconvenience this causes riders who are going to be penalized at their jobs because no one can follow a simple schedule. If there was an accident, i would understand, but the app does not alert you if traffic conditions affect your commute.

The app has gotten better at real time updating. I've been having issues with it even I'm using cellular data versus wifi. Works fine on wifi, not on cell data. It's not automatically locating the area I'm in. If I don't know a map of Delaware, I wouldn't be able to find my nearest bus stop.

Horribly, this plugin *cannot* present ETAs or ETDs (estimated times of arrival or departure, respectively) for local, or local fixed-line, buses of DART First State's which serve even major termini such as Wilmington's still- relatively- new Wilmington Transit Center. Commuters are better off being observant and staying armed with thus- required *basic* wristwatches and 'hard-copy' timetables, too, whenever possible. Avoid installing this freshly- updated lingering waste of RAM and ROM!

This app is HORRIBLE. But on par with the poor service. ESPECIALLY the drivers!! (I'm disabled & get hassled or attitude, at minimum when I request the hydrolic lift) The app makes u access the "more" to find the timing of a particular bus. Not to mention how often its NOT an accurate of the bus/arrival time. Yeah, government entity. 😒

Decent enough program. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Would be nice if deldot consolidated everything into one program (ie: traffic cams, bus route planner, virtual bus es...) like it used to be; though i can understand why it was split up the way it is.
