lacks integrations with other platforms such as even the simpliest ones like, google home, home assistant, openhab and so on... there are su much of them. Also no ducumentations about the API or used protocols to expand or use its functionalities. All ELDES devices is in his own deep BASIC "smart" ecosystem, without any to extend it's functionalities and logics. App at least is nice and simple to use, but still don't have a button to clear all messages at once, which is very annoying.

I have use this app for some time and like it, but it have one Big fault, say if you forgot to ad Country code front of phone number or misspelled when you are adding devices , then you are f...up because you can't delete it and you can't ad it in again. Fix this problem so we can fix mistakes when adding devices or else your app is in endless loop trying to find the new devies

Using it to control Eldes Pitbull (the old one, not Pitbull pro). App does what its told - seems to have gotten more reliable with updates. Arming/Disarming works more reliabily than it used to like a year ago. ing if my alarm works as intended is also easy - just open app and any problems / errors are displayed on home screen (for example low battery on alarm) There is a delay in arming/disarming devices but that is not really fautl of the app. The alarm device is connected to internet via mobile GPRS network - bandwith on GPRS network is expensive and limited so the alarm device only sends updates to Eldes servers periodically (like once per 30 seconds maybe) So naturally if i send command via app the alarm device cannot know about it right away.

On March 27 push notifications were not working, and there was no acknowledgement of the issue by the developer or open communication channels with the developer. They lack open communication channels so s could know that issues are being looked into. Not having push notifications means the app won't alert you when an alarm is triggered. Apart from this issue the app is very basic. It should offer features like prompts to arm or disarm based on geo location.

Experiance is dissapointing. For me on Android and for my wife on iPhone. We hoped that we will be able to use the possibility to arm and disarm the alarm with ease, also, use the possibility to open gatea and garage using the relays, but rather we constantly get the crashes of app, not even possible to to our s and the time gap while the arming/disarming/relays happens - can take up to 5minutes in some cases. We even think we should have chosen another system for the house.

Good and powerfull esim384. But the app misses functionality to clear (acknowledge) all events at once. Now it happens, that if you have single unacknowledged old event notification, app shows ! symbol near the location, and it is very hard to go trough all old events to find out the not read one.

Good app. The only problem that I am experiencing is that in Video tab I could use camera vendor (Dahua) with no option to select camera channel or I can use custom vendor (other) and to specify the URL, but with no option to select stream (SD/HD) button. Could you add an additional input for the Dahua camera channel?

Application crashes if you go to a camera tab as a simple (not ). It would be also nice to have a widget and Google home / Google assistant . In our modern world this is a must have.
