This app was once fabulous because you could see the last 50 events, schedules, and so many more. Now, you only see the snippet of past transactions that someone has deemed necessary for us to see. This app used to be marvelous but now has changed from words to just icons with most not helpful. Basically, you can only arm and unarm a system plus open and close a door and maybe turn on and off a few lights and thermostat.

Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

no longer shows up on Google assistant linked devices. Features are poor, we should be able to schedule alarms to automatically activate within app for example by midnight. No longer deactivates alarm when within geo zone. If I knew how limited the app and slow to take , would have never signed up Edit: I emailed them as they suggested in their response and no one has responded or even acknowledge the email which pretty much speaks volumes about the company

It's not very friendly. In the apartments where I live, there are over 10 doors connected with this app. Rather than searching for the door I want to open, it would be great if I could have my favorite door(s) to open on the main menu, as icons. I should also be able to rename the doors according to my preferences. Moreover, it would be great to order/sort the doors rather than having the default order.

Cameras record events but don't save them, constant problems with the cameras disconnecting, etc. This system is expensive and doesn't work as promised. I've tried all the troubleshooting, and it doesn't help. I bought a Eufy solar wireless camera and mounted it myself, and I've had zero problems with it at less than half the cost. I wish I'd never signed up for this contract.

Over all its a semi helpful app, but the lag issues are incredibly frustrating. It doesn't matter if you're on 5G or wifi it can take multiple tries to try and unlock your door or arm the system. Would be nice to get that resolved. Currently we cannot arm or disarm our system thru the app. Seems its gotten worse despite having brand new phones and everything is up to date.

This app is so slow! The live camera almost never works, and when it does, it takes forever to load. I wish they would make some improvements because this app makes me want to switch security companies. Also, the recorded videos are too short, so if something were to happen, the video would only be the first 5 seconds of the event. Like, if there's someone is on my porch, I need it to record as long as they're there.

having to go back and forth between the app and the website to try and fix things is annoying. especially when you do all that and the problems you tried to fix still won't work correctly. when everything works it's great. But please have the app be the only place you need to go to fix everything. app should do what the website does.. eliminate needing both to adjust specific settings
