The absolute worst app EVER! At first I was able to use biometrics to . That stopped working. Then you get stuck in an infinite loop trying to or grant access to use the chat feature! The interface is the most confusing. You spend an hour trying to view your bill. I got the Fios internet it's great when it works. So I switch my cell service to them as well. Bad choice! But tech is a joke! Verizon also has the worst customer service ever!

This app is complete garbage. It keeps making me sign in again and again within a single session, after I tell it each time to me. They've buried the monthly bill-pay feature in a location that's completely counterintuitive (and I refuse to do automatic payments because those have a way of continuing after cancelation). It's all just pitches for upgrades and special offers. This app is all but completely unusable.

The app is almost as bad as their 5G home internet, crashes a lot and is very slow when it finally does work. Phone service is almost as bad as the app, slow when it works and also likes to crash. 1 star because verizon as a whole is not very great. Difficult to even get customer service on the phone, and when you do they're not any help most of the time.

So even though the app is installed on your phone and you have verified your identity, you still have to enter your name and every damn time! And not even an option to create an access pin number to make the process easier, of course not! And of course Verizon has diabled any fillers on the app, even the Google one, so that you have to manually enter the info everytime! Use the website!

Too many changes keep occurring with this app! That it's so annoying! Once you think you've gotten familiar with it Verizon makes another change! It's like getting lost in the appl! Too many developers with too many ideas! I've been with Verizon for 19 years and they never used to do this! Keep it simple Verizon! BTW, the new logo is a mistake! 😠

I'm pissed off that Verizon is dumping ("SUNSETTING") their messages app and referring customers to Google's texting app, which SUCKS. Verizon's excuse was laughable. It's "already pre-installed on all Android phones and offers a satisfying, full featured messaging experience." Translation..."it was no longer profitable to maintain."

The app is complicated and has a lot of bugs, but my previous rating was a 4 because it's still usable. Now I'm changing to a 1 star because why did y'all get rid of messages+? The Google messages sucks! The icon notifications won't go away, and there's zero customization options. I'm obsessively angry with Verizon about this. If I wanted boring without the ability to customize my text messages, I'd have chosen an iPhone

For the most part it's pretty good but with the most recent update I've lost the ability to use biometrics and have to enter my and wait for a code and it's so obnoxious! I've disabled/enabled several times, settings show it's enabled but still directs me to enter a . Sent a message to through the app and they never responded.
