A couple of months ago I noticed that the App won't back up my s anymore. I uninstalled the updates and got it to update my s using the old version. However each time the app auto updates it stops working. Now I've noticed that it also won't backup my s using the old version. What is the issue with it? I am using the free version just for s and have been a Verizon customer for 16 years. EDIT: AS OF SEPTEMBER 1ST IT HAS STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

Almost impossible to in bulk. Verizon apps in general are terribly glitchy. If I am ever able to get my photos off I am canceling my subscription. Edit based on response: that's what the help center suggested, unfortunately on my computer was unable to find a option that I was told would be there. Edit: Are you intending to pay me for doing your job for you on a service i was paying for? Get out of here. I unsubscribed and won't be paying for extra Verizon software again.

I'm positve that if this new android phone (on the lower end for burner phones) had a keyboard that was easier to use, and had an operating system that wasnt laggy it would be easier to capitalize collaborative features. This phone, like many PC's have a mind of its own. I tried the prepaid plan for awhile and I appreciate the discount you get that (as I need 2 phones) but if you miss a paymemt you get locked outfrom your verizon acct even if you have wifi

I would give it a zero if I could! The app harasses me to update and every time I do, it activates on my phone plan. Adding another $20 per month. Then I have to get on the phone with my provider to have it removed AGAIN! And we all know how that call goes!! Apparently this change has altered our plan and our bill has doubled. GOOD JOB VERIZON! THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS!!!

Updated 2024 This app sucks so much. Ive struggled to use it for 4 years. Why do I pay for such garbage? Cant mass delete, cant easily manage, cant dictate to what parameters files get saved in cloud. Super slow... super finicky. 2019 review : I had to pay a bit more to get more space on my cloud. I am okay with that I suppose because I need the space; however, I wish the files were pre-ed and didn't have to load. To me, it takes away from having them stored.

This apps is not needed it's for storage and help with backing up your photos and files. I don't like it this phone already has alot of storage cuz it new and I consider uninstalling the cloud it not needed like the One drive this is storages as well but these apps do other stuff and it not wanted .

Ever since I can , this app has never worked the way it says it should. My files don't sync/ automatically, I can't get into wherever my files are saved, I can't edit any of my s who's storage location is in Verizon Cloud..... etc etc.

Absolutely ridiculous that I've used this for years and now on my new phone I can't even , I go to but every time I do it logs me out right after and makes me again to never allow to . Thanks for keeping my photos and everything away from me! Great service
