I love it the option to not have to sit in a waiting room with a bunch of people who may be sick with other things it's so convenient, Dr's and nurses are so friendly and just as thorough as if seen in the physical ER if not more attentive. This is easy to use app and makes setting the Dr simple.

I have never done a telehealth call before and this was the fastest Dr visit I have ever experienced. The physicians assistant was awesome. Very professional and efficient. I was able to get some antibiotics . I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend this app and it was a so helpful. Thanks again!!

Overall gave them 4 STARS, it works perfectly specially if you needed a prescription right away, waiting time was not that long compare to a physical visit to the clinic. I would recommend it if your just asking for a prescription refill for your existing condition or let's just say common illness like cold, headaches, allergies, etc.. but if the symptoms are new to you I suggest to visit the Clinic so they can further test you.

Had an appointment but the audio and then the video went down, and so the visit was for naught. Maybe someone who understands media integration on the app writing team would be a good idea.
